Vehicle Compatibility & Customer Responsibility

IMPORTANT: Please Read Before Purchasing

The EveDrive™ AFM/DFM Disabler is built exclusively for GM V6 and V8 vehicles equipped with Active Fuel Management (AFM) or Dynamic Fuel Management (DFM). Installing this device on an unsupported vehicle can trigger check engine lights, error codes, limp mode, or other drivability issues.

Your Responsibility to Verify

You are responsible for making sure your exact vehicle year, make, model, and engine type are compatible before buying. You can view our full compatibility list of over 80 supported models (covering Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, and Buick) right on our product page.

What We Do Not Cover

Evearia Essentials does not offer refunds, returns, replacements, or compensation for issues arising from:

  • Using the device on any vehicle not listed on our compatibility chart.
  • Dashboard warning lights, error codes, or drivability issues caused by installing the device on an incompatible vehicle.
  • Vehicles where AFM/DFM has already been removed or disabled via a mechanical delete kit, ECU tune, or other aftermarket modifications.
  • Vehicles with modified OBD-II wiring or communication protocols.
  • Any repair bills, towing fees, diagnostic costs, or damages resulting from using the device on an unsupported vehicle.

What to Do if an Issue Occurs

If you plug the device into an incompatible vehicle and notice any issues, unplug it from your OBD-II port immediately. Because our device never modifies or reprograms your ECU, simply unplugging it will instantly restore your vehicle to its factory default settings. We do not cover any costs or damages incurred while the device was plugged into an unsupported vehicle.

Not Sure? Ask Us First!

If you are unsure whether your vehicle is compatible, please contact us at evearia.essentials@gmail.com before you order. Send us your vehicle's year, make, model, and engine size, and we will verify compatibility for you for free.

By completing your purchase, you agree that you have checked the compatibility chart and confirmed your vehicle is supported, or that you accept full responsibility for any issues if installed on an incompatible vehicle.
